- We established the National Grand Lodge of the Republic of Moldova, Grand Master Victor Madan.
- He is the President of the Regional Center of Freemasonry Studies Paris Bucharest, member of A.M.M.L.A. from 2004, and he recuperated the archives from other countries;
- He created an Masonic Archive Found and an personal Masonic Exhibition, with many documents, objects from 1774 and 1880 and from the archive of the last Grand Master, Mihail Sadoveanu;
- He translated the Masonic paper “ The History of Freemasonry”, by Albert Mackey;
- He started The First Masonic Shop in Bucharest;
- He build an Masonic Library and an Publishing House of Romanian National Grand Lodge;

- He was a Masonic museum with over 300 items from the collections of Masonic Freemasons ilustii starting in 1880 until now.
- He published The Rituals, translated from French, those from Grand Lodge of France;
- He offered, in many times, Commemorative Medals: 90 years to Nicu Filip, 5 and 7 years from  the beginning of The Romanian National Grand Lodge;

- He never quited the initiatic path, from the beginning with The First Grand Elected Master, Nicu Filip, and continuated with  The Grand Lodge of France;
- Advanced to the rank 33 in May 2006 in Paris by France’s Supreme Council of the Grand Lodge of France;
- He organize Public Masonic Conferences in all the country, where he speak about the love for the motherland and the respect for our ancestors;
- He is the Initiator of The Village Masonic Program, he constitute the first Peasant Masonic Lodge, in Hobita, the place of birth of the great sculptor Constantin Brancusi and so he contributed to the regeneration of Romanian freemasonry;
- He is the Venerable of several lodges, he initiated over 1000 persons and they are in his soul, he help them, he wished power, light and true to them, he believed in all of  them, he believe in people, the trust is the substance who unite the brotherhood;

- Currently I am respectable venerable of Athenaeum Lodge, OR Bucharest that this year celebrates 12 years of consecration.
- He believe in brotherhood and in God;

6. POLITICAL ACTIVITY:

1990 -1996: Member of  P.D.A.R., Romanian Agrarian and Democratic Party;
-  He had 2 mandates as President of Romanian Agrarian Youth;
-  He was the candidate for the Deputy Chamber, twice, from P.D.A.R.;
-  He remained a land lover;
- His father is Agricultural Engineer, pioneer of little industrialization in modern, scientific agriculture;
- His elder brother , also Agricultural Engineer, has life experience and grat performances at I.A.S.  Redea, Olt County;
-  His sister in law, also Agricultural Engineer, is PhD in Agricultural Science;
-   He is out from political life, from the death of P.D.AR.;

-  Meditation in wilderness, walking with bicycle, music, writing and reading.
